1. Overview

FHKC Shop items support our mission and programs. This Warranty Policy applies to physical products purchased through fhkc.org unless a product listing states otherwise.

2. Limited Warranty for Physical Goods

We warrant that physical products will be free from manufacturing defects under normal use for 30 days from the delivery date (the “Warranty Period”).

If a product is defective during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund, or
  • Provide store credit

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Damage due to modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Issues caused by shipping carriers after delivery (handled as shipping claims when applicable)

4. Third-Party Fulfillment / Print-on-Demand

Some products may be produced or shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. In those cases, warranty and replacement handling may follow the partner’s production constraints; we will still coordinate resolution through [Support Email].

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email fhkc.org@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photo/video of the issue
  • Brief description of the defect
  • Your current shipping address (if replacement is needed)

6. Disclaimer

Except as stated above, products are provided “as is” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
