FHKC’s Board of Directors is proud to lead and guide the movement to the successful completion of its missions. Our members are passionate about our mission, and serious about their governance role. It is with great care that we ensure our projects are and will be executed with the highest levels of excellence, and that each and every dollar is spent with the greatest possible attention to fulfill our purposes and best practices.
Mr. Richard T. Eckhouse, Founder and CEO, has successfully started five companies, including taking a development stage company public, another to $100 million in sales in 2 years, while bringing them to profitability and being financially sound. Mr. Eckhouse is a CPA, and has innovatively served in a number of operational capacities including eight years as a CEO and eight years as a CFO.
Richard’s vast experiences and writing the manual on “Using Your Celestial Gifts” has brought the structure and broader understanding in the formulation of ACCESS. He believes that this tool he invented was given to us as a roadmap for the upliftment of mankind and has been practicing ACCESS for the last 22 years. Now, Mr. Eckhouse is here to support us to be true owners and creators of ACCESS.
Ms. Desiree Pascale-Eckhouse, Founder, COO and Director of Human Research and Development, with a background in Psychology, has 12 years of executive sales management and operational experience in Manila and Sydney. In Australia, Ms. Pascale also has 7 years experience in managing extensive strategic cases and operational experience of Workers Compensation and Injury Management processes in accordance with relevant legislation across the insurer and employer sectors of health care and insurance industries. She also has authored a book on cross-cultural study of depression titled “How do Elderly Filipino-Australians Understand and Communicate the term Depression?
Desiree’s use of intuition and interest in psychology and consciousness research is what led her to ACCESS. She completed her honors project investigating the medicalization of depression and understanding the universality of it. Now, she wants to continue the research to further the concept of “Spiritumanity™” which follows through the contributions of Jung, Laszlo, James, Maslow, Rogers, etc. Like them, she wants to determine the degree of connectedness between brain, heart (and all the body systems) and in how we conduct our universal flow of energy based in the energetic processes of the body (such as what our bodies sense from the universe and how we feel about it thus determining our thoughts, views and how we conduct our everyday lives).
Ms. Wiam Toma, Secretary, has her background in Science and Health Education, and has worked in health care for 12 years. She is an active member of the church and is an Executive in one of the youth groups that she volunteers for. Ms Toma’s knowledge and background has inspired her to help people in need and volunteering her time to help the less fortunate. Wiam believes that we are all one and there are no differences between any human being because we are all children of God. Having grown up tremendously spiritual, this has made Wiam an inspiring member of the FHKC.org team.
